Renaissance Pavilion at

Subacute nursing and rehabilitation is a
short-term program. It is an in-patient stay for patients
who need a link between hospital and their residence.

replacement surgery. The Pavilion will over 24-hour
skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in a warm and welcoming
newly renovated wing. They will have professional physical
