SENIOR Transportation provides Basic Life Support (BLS) throughout the south Jersey area.  SENIOR also maintains a relationship with an Air Ambulance Service that can transport patients throughout the world.

BASIC LIFE SUPPORT AMBULANCE

SENIOR Transportation maintains a fleet of Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulances to meet the needs of residents and patients throughout Southern New Jersey.

SENIOR uses BLS Ambulances to transport people to and from:

bulletthe hospital for special procedures,
bulletany of the many dialysis units in our area (I.e., Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland, and Ocean Counties),
bulletfor non-life-threatening emergency calls,
bulletother medical facilities, and
bulletdoctor’s offices for regular visits.

Each BLS Ambulance is approved by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services for BLS services. Each one of these ambulances is equipped with oxygen and the equipment necessary to safely transport non-emergency patients to and from their required destinations.

We prefer to schedule our BLS Ambulance services in advance whenever possible. If you, a loved one, friend or relative need non-emergency ambulance assistance, then as soon as an appointment is made for person, it is best to contact us and make sure that the appointment is placed on our BLS schedule.

Of course, we accept non-scheduled appointments. We can almost always have a BLS ambulance at the door of your facility or for your patient within 30 minutes of your call for non-life threatening emergencies. (Of course, for in those instances where a person's life is threatened, you should immediately call 911!)  For all other non-scheduled appointments, we will do our very best to work with you and serve your special needs in a timely fashion.

AIR AMBULANCE SERVICE

SENIOR maintains a relationship with an Air Ambulance Service.  This service can fly patients out of the Atlantic City Airport or Philadelphia International Airport to any part of the United States or world.  In addition, we can receive patients from this same service from anywhere in the world and transport any such patient into the South Jersey area.

So, if someone is on vacation here enjoying our beaches and summer activities, or enjoying the Casinos and night life then find that they need specialized medical transportation to anywhere in the world, we can work with our Air Ambulance Service to meet those person's needs.
